Remote CPD

Join one of our Compact Remote Learning Events on a range of topics for coaches and mentors

These remote learning events give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in an area of specialism or specific interest to your own coaching or mentoring practice. Each compact learning event is run by a subject leader who will be either one of our own qualified professional coaches or associate coaches and each event is in three parts:

Learn from home and join with others to explore the topic and enhance your learning.  

Part 1: Pre-work - to take approximately 2 hours of your time ahead of the webinar

You will be given access to material and resources to explore before your live facilitated webinar. We invite you to use your own preferred methods of reflection and capturing points that particularly interest you. Thinking and preparing for maximum learning and impact. You’ll be asked to prepare your responses and thoughts to some questions (posed by our subject leaders) and we’ll prompt you to think about certain aspects of the topic ahead of the webinar, so that you really gain maximum value from the investment you make with us.

Part 2: Access to a private live webinar on your chosen topic  - webinars are approximately 3 - 3.5 hours long with a break in the middle

You’ll be given access to join a private live webinar hosted by your subject leader. We use Zoom for these webinars, which include a presentation and exercises led by the subject leader on your chosen subject. We’ll also provide current thinking, models and tips. There's opportunity and time for questions and discussion with the subject leader and other attendees. An opportunity to experience learning on your chosen subject, with other coach mentors and to prepare for the final part - Action Learning. A great opportunity to share ideas, hear different views and connect with other likeminded coaches and mentors in our learning community.

Part 3: Action Learning Group - approximately 2 hours on Zoom

Guided by us, this is a brilliant opportunity to extend and develop your knowledge on your chosen topic even further. This session has received really positive feedback as it provides the framework to join others who share your interest and take your learning to another level. 

Upon completion of all three parts, you will be asked to provide feedback, after which you will receive a CPD certificate of attendance.
