Meet our coaches
Charlotte's main responsibility is to design, develop, deliver and facilitate professional coach-mentoring interventions to individuals and organisations on both qualification and skills development programmes. Alongside this, she supports in the professional management of the business operations and employed personnel, so they meet and exceed client requirements, whilst maximising resources and delivering strategic objectives.
Charlotte has been formally coaching since completing her first coaching qualification nearly 20 years ago. She has a challenging and pragmatic style, and is keen to be the catalyst for change, not letting people off the hook easily! One of her recent clients said of her -
"There are not many people who can understand someone so quickly, be able to articulate it and then be able to help them shift themselves to overcome whatever it is that is bothering them. Massively impressive and masterful."
Charlotte is highly experienced in setting up structured coaching and mentoring programmes to facilitate the development of senior managers and support leadership behavioural changes. She is responsible for overseeing and facilitating many client programmes and workshops. Her senior management and board experience coupled with her coach-mentoring expertise, also enable her to provide Executive Coaching and Mentoring services.
Charlotte's main pleasures outside of work are fine dining, watching golf and walking her rescue dog Murphy along the long sandy beach outside her front door. Also, as her husband runs a Bed and Breakfast, Charlotte spends a lot of her spare time helping him with the guests, especially during peak season.
