Sarah’s 25-year background in global business development, independent consultancy and as a founder has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges, opportunities and requirements faced by organisations, as well as how coaching can effectively help individuals and teams to develop, grow and manage change to thrive and meet these needs.
Sarah particularly enjoys supporting leaders and managers to perform purposefully within their roles and organisations, as well as to make any developmental changes, as they navigate the world of work with all its transition points.
