Monica Mundo believes that success is deeper than professional achievements therefore, as well as being passionate about helping people develop professionally Monica will take a holistic view and work with you to also develop personally. She has a people-oriented personality with a deep interest in mental and physical wellbeing as well as a positive attitude.
With 12 years of cross-cultural experience in the corporate world between Italy and the UK. She worked in accounting practice, corporate organisations and for American and English law firms. Monica is passionate about helping people develop themselves personally and professionally, which she considers a springboard for thriving in life.
Monica works with professionals going through a career transition, promotion or development in a range of sectors. She successfully builds rapport at all levels, from junior to C-Suite and adapts her style to meet the specific needs, priorities, and aspirations of her clients. Her approach is based on the latest research in career evaluation, transition, and positive psychology.
Monica has a holistic approach and supports clients in working and managing their internal view of themselves and how they show up for others. Monica works with individuals to develop their thoughts, feelings and confidence positively and proactively in order to achieve personal and professional balance.

When I'm not at work
Away from work Monica really enjoys being active. She swims, runs and cycles and loves a cappuccino and cinnamon bun as a nice reward for her training efforts. She also likes travelling, both with friends and as a solo traveller. Her last solo trip was in Cambodia, where she worked as a pro-bono coach and mentor for an educational NGO.
Monica is passionate about wellness and wellbeing and when not so active Monica enjoys devouring books. She has lived in London for 10 years but is always happy to go home to Italy and spend time with her family and appreciate the amazing Italian food.
