Meet our coaches
David has over 30 years of experience in business where he has worked as a talent management consultant and coach. He now specialises in coaching and has a track record of helping clients find ways to improve their performance, overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.
During his career David has built international teams with P&L responsibility, working extensively in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. His own leadership experience informs his coaching work, but first and foremost he is focused on his clients' needs, and attentive to their interests, ambitions, and concerns. He loves working with people who are keen to learn and grow and who become fully engaged in the coaching process - prepared to share vulnerabilities and work on areas where they may be under-confident. David creates a safe space for clients to be open, and share their feelings and beliefs so they can increase their resilience and focus on meaningful ways forward.
Most recently he has coached in media, property and transport businesses as well as the public sector and the NHS. In addition to his coaching, David volunteers at the mental health charity "The Listening Place"
