As a Business Psychologist Anna McLean has a particular interest in positive psychology and strengths-based approaches. Emotional intelligence, neuroscience, habit formation and how these impact our ability to change and how to make these changes stick. She is passionate about working with people so that they can be at their best.
With a career background in geoscience, technical resource management, and asset management in the energy sector for 20+ years, Anna brings real world experience at a senior level. Combining her strong appreciation of how business works with her understanding of human behaviour, she has a passion for helping people to grow, transform and flourish.
Anna's experience includes coach-mentoring across a wide range of commercial settings including energy, technology, finance, FMCG, and the public sector in the UK, EMEA, and APAC.

When I'm not at work
It’s less about work-life balance, rather ‘whole life’ balance for me. I love learning, being stretched and challenged – anything from getting to grips with a new model or framework to completing a 100km night bike ride or marathon distance hike. Family, friends and my local community are central to this – they are never far away from the action!
