Providing professional, inclusive, coaching practices, for all our coaching clients, sits at the heart of ethical coaching.
Some of our client’s may be neurotypical, while others may be neurodiverse and these webinars will focus on how, when we better understand and embrace neurodiversity, then we, as coaches, can tailor our coaching practices to better support needs of those neurodiverse clients and as such, we can provide a more personalised coaching service which leads to more impactful development.
In this webinar we will:
- Provide an overview of neurodiversity within a workplace context
- Discuss what constitutes good coaching practice when working with neurodivergent clients (e.g., considering boundaries issues and practical adjustments)
- Explore how coaching can be used to affirm neurodivergent client’s strengths and support with common challenges
- Consider the practical strategies and exercises which can be used in coaching, that will benefit neurodivergent clients.
By the end of this webinar delegates will be able to:
- Create your own ‘check list’ to ensure your coaching practice is inclusive and responsive to neurodivergent client’s needs
- List the specific factors which you need to be aware of when coaching Autistic, ADHA and Dyslexic clients
