Understanding the Apprenticeship Learning Experience

The OCM’s Learning Pathway is designed to increase learner engagement and make life easier for managers and supervisors with well-structured resources and learning broken down into manageable units. Our Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is a blended learning programme delivered through virtual modules that map against the 9 duties outlined in the Coaching Professional Standard.

We offer a fully remote programme delivered both in house (for large organisations where we can tailor the programme to your cohorts’ needs) and on an open enrolment basis to mixed groups (ideal for small organisations and/or single learners). The programme is delivered through a mixture of live facilitated webinars, Action Learning Sets, 1-1 work with a professional Coach-Mentor Supervisor, e-Learning, online and off-line activities, and practice coaching sessions with real clients.
