“Facing the future with hope – creating optimism & purpose in organisations and people”.

For coaches, mentors, supervisors and those with responsibility for implementing great coaching and mentoring in their organisations. The event mixes high quality CPD for practitioners with sessions designed to provide delegates with practical insights into and examples of great organisational coaching and mentoring.

The theme this year reflects our view that we all have a responsibility to ensure our clients and stakeholders are not only well prepared to meet current challenges but are also stronger, more capable and more adaptable to meet challenges in the future.
