We have a fantastic group of coaches, mentors and trainers based in Russia and the surrounding region that enables us to offer many of the services we do in the UK and Europe. This includes Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Consultancy and Coaching/Mentoring  Skills Training.

Our Russian Team is led by Sally-Anne Airey who lived and worked in Kiev and Moscow for seven years before recently moving to live in the Alps near Geneva.

Our local partner and Head of Business Development is Andrey Korolikhin. He has over 20 years of professional experience including being the Leader and co-founder of the Professional Association of Russian speaking Coaches and co-founder and Director General of the Russian School of Coaching.
